i always enjoy the interesting images google has for certain dates.

today? apparently it's the 119th anniversary of the first documented ice cream sundae, and so instead of typical 'google' above a search bar, they have an old fashioned ice cream shop sign with the picture of a huge sundae in the middle.

thanks google, thanks. and i was doing so good putting the ice cream cravings behind me.

I am not sure what plan you are following, but I have just started using an idea I found on this site, freezing a banana, then blending it, tastes a bit like Ice cream xxx

i'm counting calories. i'm a huge fan of the klondike 100 calorie bars. especially the english toffee. mmm.

if you blend a bit of a frozen banana and add a small amount of milk and peanut butter it's amazing.

i love the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, they are usually 150-180 cals depending on flavor
