haha I have also been through the recipe threads and have found some good ones. Just wanted something different. I tried this idea and wondered if it would be okay. 1 packet hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix
1 c. WF mayo
1 c. Water (recipe calls for milk)
It tasted pretty good. It has no carbs or sugars, but, has 5 cal per tsp. of dry mix.
I didn't think the cal. would hurt ........ any thoughts?
P.S. I am fairly new to this forum and wasn't sure if I am posting in the right place?
