Food Logs for Week of Dec 23/02

  • Today will be a "large amount of food day" I havent been eating properly, and fighting cravings, so..........

    Breakfast, small clementine orange
    20 min later.....2 scrambled eggs with cheese, and 3 slices of bacon

    Lunch Ceasar Salad with lots of bacon and 1/2 chicken breast

    Supper...whole chicken breast and 1 cup green beans.

    Snacks...2 oz cheese and herbal tea

    that should put me back on track.

  • Hey Robin! I have also been eating poorly. Trying to get back on track...

    Breakfast: eggs and sausage
    ACTUAL LUNCH: eggplant sandwich w/ bread (cheat), a couple of fries
    Dinner: hamburger with tomatos

  • Today:

    Breakfast: almonds and pumpkin seeds, hard boiled egg
    Lunch: we are having a pizza party. I am going to have 1-2 slices of pizza
    Dinner: will be chicken caccitore and some vegetable. No pasta

  • no boundaries today and tomorrow......well, just a few. No bread or pasta!! They seem to be the hardest to give up when Ive fallen off program.

    breakfast, scrambled egg
    lunch, ceasar salad
    Supper....dont know yet...most likely chicken with a veggie

    Snacks......dont know, but Im not limiting them

    All water will be drank today and tomorrow!!

    I'm trying to get back on track:

    Breakfast: pork rinds with cheese
    Lunch: small hamburger, cauliflower au gratin, sliced green pepper
    Dinner: not sure yet.

    I've got to eat up all the carby food in my fridge before I start induction again on 1/2...
  • Recovery Day

    Breaky, scrambled egg with mozza cheese
    Lunch, ceasar salad
    Supper, pork loin chops and broccoli

    Snacks.....I'll fill them in later if I have any
