Today will be a "large amount of food day" I havent been eating properly, and fighting cravings, so..........
Breakfast, small clementine orange
20 min later.....2 scrambled eggs with cheese, and 3 slices of bacon
Lunch Ceasar Salad with lots of bacon and 1/2 chicken breast
Supper...whole chicken breast and 1 cup green beans.
Snacks...2 oz cheese and herbal tea
that should put me back on track.
