~April daily weigh in thread!~

  • Goals for April: I've been losing about 1 lb a week so I'm going to aim high and go for 5 lbs this month! That would take me out of the 220s (at least according to the WW scale).

    Note: my scale is higher than WW and my ticker is based on my WW weight. Will update with my WW weight on weigh in days (right now it is Monday night but that will be changing soon ).

    When I weigh myself at home I am always less then the WW scale because of clothes. My Ticker is also based on my weigh in's at WW.

    4/1 - 249.4
    4/2 - 249.4 (at WW I was 252.4 because of my clothes)
    4/3 - 251.5 (ate a lot of points Saturday)
    4/4 - 250.4
  • I am too! I weigh myself every Friday morning!
    Today I weighed in at 206.8. My goal for April is to be at 196 for the end of the month!!
  • My weigh in this morning (at home) was 196 but i go by ww with my ticker which is usually a pound higher. My goal is 189 by May 1st!

    I remember being 170 and having the NERVE to complain!! I would take that in a heartbeat
  • Todays weigh in was really depressing. I didnt lose anything and stayed the same. The only upside is that i did not gain. I went to my first Zumba class right after, feeling like a weight loss loser. I didnt know what i was doing and felt like my feet were all jumbled around. In the end i had fun, and i would go back. I worked out 5 times this week. Was on the eliptical every night after work....getting home at almost 1am. I was 231lb on Friday, then WI on Saturday i miraculously gained 3 lbs and was marked at 234lb. Thankfully i can vent here, cause my boyfriend is sick of me talking about WW and WI's, and points and numbers... Ugh.
  • Week #1 on WW (from Atkins) and my scale was 133.4 last Sunday
    This morning it read 128.3 !! So a 5.1lb loss.

    I am really surprised and know it will not always be this much but I will take it. Since I have less to lose I was expecting no more then maybe 1.5lbs a week.
    I have been running alot more then before because I am training for a 10mile race, so that may have also helped
  • My first April WI this morning was - 2.6, bringing me to a total of -90.2 since starting WW back in August last year!

    I don't know if I'll set a goal for April but I'm hoping for 6 more pounds and if it happens, then yay!
  • Today I weighed in at an even 267lbs., so down 2.8 from last week! Whoo!
  • I only lost .8 this week, but I expected a low gain since I lost 3.8 last week. But it did get me to 5 lbs lost since I joined WW--5.5 to be exact. And in 3 weeks, that isn't bad! It got me over the plateau I had hit, the reason I joined weight watchers in the first place!
  • I weighed in yesterday and was down 2.8 lbs. That is 51.4 lbs lost since starting WW. It feels so great to think that I've lost over 50 lbs! I don't feel like I look like I've lost 50 lbs but I've never been so motivated to keep going before.

  • Frustrated! Today my home scale says I'm 162.4. I want out of the 160's SO BAD!

  • I'm frustrated too! My weight has been going up and down for the last 3 weeks! It is about to be my TOM so I know that has a factor, though....

    todays weigh in : 174
    Goal by 4/30 is 165-167.
