YES! Visit the Weekly Weigh in Thread... or Joyfuls journey. WHY does the scale come to a screeching halt when major progress is being made? It''s SOOO frustrating.
Yay for you, 185 lost!!!! Keep on going with your efforts and the scale WILL move downward again. I wish I knew the secret for making it move faster, but it stalls whenever I lose 2-3 and then reverses 2-4, then a drop again. BUT it's been stalled for 3 weeks now and I'm angry!
I came across this thread and the title really spoke to me.
YES! A couple of years ago I was in Weight Watchers and hit the "magic number" of a 50-pound weight loss.
That made me feel so great that I decided to celebrate. Which was fine, except the celebration went on wayyyy too long, and within a year I had regained the entire 50 pounds!!
I'm starting again, but this time I think I will hold off on the celebrating ...
