Saturday Weigh-in

  • How did everyone's weigh-in go today?

    I am so excited, I lost 4.8lbs this week, 7 more pounds and I hit my 10%!! The funny thing is I used all my weekly points and used almost all daily points everyday and still lost this much. I think it was because I have been exercising a lot more this week. I can't wait to see how much I loose next week .

    I weigh in on Wed. and was down .4. The scale is not showing the mad changes that are taking place with my muscles thanks to yoga. However, my pants that are getting baggier and baggier are.
  • Weight in today--3.8 down! Only 4 more pounds and I will hit 20 lbs lost!

    I was down 2.2 lbs today! VERY exciting for me, since I've consistently been losing .4 every week!
  • I weighed myself this morning (I do online, so no WI) and I am down 2.2! So 9.8 lbs. total loss so far in three weeks!
  • First weigh in was yesterday and I have lost 3.2 lbs! I'm super excited Didn't realize that making small changes could help me. Not as tired since I'm more aware of what I'm eating too.

  • Great job everyone! Fabulous weigh-ins across the board. I was down .4 also, not a big change but I was expecting worse. Had a BIG going away party for a good friend on Friday and I pretty much drank without any consideration for points SO I was expecting worse. I'm happy with it!
