a small achievement...

  • every day i end up snacking at some point, usually on my break at work.

    today i had my break, went and grabbed my regular snack (a pack of lance crackers), looked at it for a minute and realized i wasn't hungry. i didn't want or need to eat it, so i put it back and got a bottle of water instead.

    doesn't seem like much, but for me that's major.

  • thank you. i had another little moment this evening when i was thinking about not doing my regular exercise that i've started, but at 5 after 11 (i usually start 11pm and go to 11:30pm EST my work schedule is late) i just couldn't skip it.
