Hello Everyone

  • Well I've made up in my mind that enough is enough (and reading some of the post I'm truly thankful for this web site). I've been saying that I was going to do something for myself and last week I started getting up at 5 a.m to exercise. I'm sore as I don't know what but it feels amazing. I have to do this for me. I've never been this large before unless I was pregnant (and my youngest is 16), so yes I've let myself go, with my new found love for running and healthy eating I WILL achieve my goal.

  • Welcome Kbat!! I'm a 5 am riser some mornings it's a challenge to roll myself out of the bed but I remind myself that it's only 20 minutes or 45 (on strength training days). That makes all the difference. Congrats on making a change!
