The judge apparently agreed with the defense atty in that there were no witnesses and nobody knows if he let the dogs out himself or tried to take them for a walk.

This is so sad. Calif. has some of the strictest laws regarding vicious dogs and this woman, with a history of vicious dogs, walks away scott free.

I can only hope that her dogs were put down right after the attack. They have been threatening people up there for years.

I don't think the community up there is going to think twice about NOT voting for this judge for re-election.
