Hello all. My name is Danga. I am a fat chick and happy but think I would be happier if I was in better shape. I am 35, have 4 daughters that I homeschool. I have been very lucky and at 230 lbs I have no heath problems. I do know that I am very lucky and want to get into shape to avoid that. I have a great husband who loves me no matter what I look like and is supportive in my decision to get healthy. So great to join the community. I am so excited to start this journey. =)

I think it's great to be part of a forum sharing your experiences with other people that struggle with what seems to be the age old battle.
Perhaps you should incorporate some PE lessons with the children into the homeschooling. then you can get some family support as well!
