    Thaks everyone for the kind words I am very proud of me and LOVE my new look. It does take a little getting use to.

    I am doing the Ideal Protien diet and love it. My husband lost 90lbs and has been on maintanance since November and doing excellent. Our gift to our new "us", a new photo of the two of us once I am finished in May and a trip to Las Vegas in November!
