i have just made the first call to ideal protein, and wonder is there a minimum amount of weight that one can opt to lose and still do this program? or do you have to lose 20 or more pounds? i would like to lose 15 pounds.

There is not a minimum amount to lose in the clinic that I go to. I lost 33 lbs in 9 weeks! Love the program!
