I take subligual B12 and have for years it gives me energy and makes me feel great I have noticed that it also helped with the cloudieness that I have felt eating low carb too. However they are sweet little things and I wonder how many carbs they may have. Just wondering if anyone knows.

Oh btw I usually take 10000 mcg which is usually 2 5000 mcg pills but because I only had one left of the 5000 I had to take 5 1000 and I am worried it may screw up my efforts on induction.
