Hello all,
Im 4 days into a new program and its getting tough. The program is low carb but I am aloud whole grains, no sugar alcohol ect,,,, just fruit veggies and protein. I'm eating about 1800 calories a day but I'm starving! I eat big meals and feel full and satisfied for like 10 or 15 minutes then I'm hungry. The sugar thing is really killing me. I feel depressed tired and hungry all the time. Im trying to hang in there but can someone tell me why im feeling so awful and if it will last. Is it ever going to get easier? I have already lost some weight and im drinking water like crazy I just don't understand what my body is going thorough I feel like im eating all the time but im always hungery. Any advice or help would be so great thanks!!!
