I haven't had aunt flo visit in 4 years now and she decided to come. I was wondering if anyone else has had this happened? I have PCOS but I have the IUD. Got the IUD right after the "baby" which was 4 years ago. I am not sure if maybe because of IP, weight loss or what.

Scroll down a page or so and I asked the same question. I bled for 6 weeks after I started IP. I actually went to my doctor last week about it. He said it was all the estrogen being released in the fat cells (he had a more technical term for it). My bleeding has stopped finally. I actually feels like it's a great sign something is changing...for the good...
