Hi all,

How is everyone doing today. I am doing great. I exercised this morning and boy it feels like I haven't done it in a year. It was painful but I stuck with it. I only did the lower body part today and tomorrow I will do the upper body. So I worked out for 40 min which is pretty good for a start. I am eating better today and sticking to my points. I did stick with points yesterday but I will eat better today and make sure I am at the min points at least from now on.
Johns uncle got transferred to another hospital because they don't have any specialist there. He has pnemonia and we don't know what else. They are still doing tests. So we will know more when the tests are done. I did go over to the first hospital after awhile but didn't go to the second one. Didn't have anyone to watch megan for me. It was just as well anyway my head hurt and my ear hurt. I have an ongoing ear infection. They hurt.LOL I feel better today.

Nothing else more going on here. Congrats to all the losers so far this week. You guys are doing great. Keep up the great work.

Just wanted to tell you that if you have scar tissue they need to remove that in order for the pain to go away. With the injection therapy it makes it so the scar tissue can't grow back because there are no hormones being made in your body so it gives your body a chance to heal and be pain free.
I hope everything is going well for you. Are you staying on plan? I know you can have another great loss like you did last week. You go girl you are on the right path now. Keep going.

How is the SB plan going? I know you went back to it. Good thing because it is the only thing that works for you girl. You will be back at kops in no time with that plan. If you stick with it you might be a kops by year end but the clock is ticking.LOL
