I kinda feel im the youngest of the bunch lol but
Ive been looking for a good forum now to be able to be lifted and not give up in my workouts.
I seem to go on and off. I would go a month or 2, then suddenly stop for a month or so.
So I really wanna see myself change for good.
Sadly, I cant afford myself to go on a gym, but Ive been working out here at home with treadmill and other workouts. Ive been also reading alot of peoples goals and how much they changed and it pretty much inspired me to get back on track for good.
My tummy is the main problem and its so darn stubborn to burn it all down xD
Hopefully I can reach my goal as quickly as I can.
I was 185 then lost to 175, but recently it came up to 178 cuz ive been missing for a while. lol my goal is to at least get to 130 to 135.
