Well, I've been taking 2 Novilax pills each day and I still end up having to take a dose of mag citrate every week so that I can "go." It's really uncomfortable because that always results in horrible diarrhea for me.

Anyone been through this and have advice?

I have to take 2 novilax and 1 digestive enzyme at both breakfast and dinner due to food allergies in the packets. Try increasing your dosage until you see regularity. Also add 500mg of vitamin c twice a day. And finally, drink hot water with lemon in it first thing in the morning to encourage digestion to move.
