For me, it's definitely been my legs. I put on a pair of kneel length cargo shorts that used to belong to my brother (I'm so glad they fit, hehe) and, wow! my legs have really toned up and I've lost a lot of fat on them. I can actually see the definition on the muscles. I'm so glad I was right in my assumption that I just naturally have large, muscular legs under all of that fatty grossness. (The last time I was in shape, I was in high school and I was still developing; aka tooth pick... So, this is an adventure for me discovering how my body has ended up developing.
)This has totally motivated me, too! Right after I seen my legs and got all excited about it, I took the dogs out for about an 50 minute walk wearing my Vibram Five Fingers half way and just going barefoot the other half. It felt great; the cold water on my toes was totally what I needed.
