I've been doing a little digging on the internet and was looking for good, effective and safe ways to detox. I figure after years of eating absolute junk/garbage, maybe a couple of weeks of cleaning out couldn't hurt. What are your thoughts on Detox diets not for weight loss persay but its a nice side effect
but overall. Have u guys tried any?Also, because I was looking all of this up I ran across accupuncture and Eastern herbal medicine as a way to set your body "straight" for lack of a better term. To get everything back in its normal way.. balance the yin/yang etc What are your thoughts (or experiences) on that as well? Thanks!
