Hi! I was on the internet this morning looking for extra tips to help get my weight loss back on track and I stumbled upon this site. I'm not usually one to talk about myself, it tends to be a sore subject. But after reading the success stories and all the support, I decided maybe this is I what I need.
So I'm posting, hoping to get some advice and support. I have currently lost about 30 pounds, depending on the day =) I'm 5'6" and at my heaviest starting point I was 205 pounds. I'm down to around 175-180, the scale keeps going up and down the last month or two =(
I've kind of plateaued and haven't had any real changes or weight loss for two or three months now, and I'm so very discouraged. I don't know what else to do or what else to change. I'm feeling hopeless and I don't want to start gaining again. My goal is to get down to about 145-150. So I'm only half way there are extremely stuck.
I'm just looking for support and encouragement. Thanks to anybody who helps.
