I eat tons of cottage cheese. It is closer to 70% protein. If the texture bothers you, try the full fat version: it has a few more calories, but is much better. I eat mine with sweetener (equal) and cocoa powder or cinnamon. Other people eat it with fruit or even seasoned salt.
Greek yogurt has about the same amount of protein. Regular yogurt has less protein, but still quite a bit.
I bought cottage cheese today, i have tried it before and never liked it, i think i have this notion in my head because it tastes kind of sour that it must be spoiled and i can't eat it because it tastes nasty to me but i am going to give it a try again because i know it is a great source of protein!! i hope i can get used to it and learn to like it!
