Excited to be back on the wagon

    I'm back on the wagon after four years of yo-yoing. Here's the story of the last few years.

    Highest weight: March 2007 - 212lbs
    begin Atkins diet, drop to 190
    begin nasty cafeteria food, drop to 180
    skim off a few more pounds until...
    Lowest weight: July 2009 - 173lbs
    begin stressful projects
    begin denying my overeating
    begin returning to secret indulgences and hiding
    begin weight gain
    Current weight: March 2011 - 191.2
    My goal right now is 165.

    I am in a point right now in my life where I don't have a whole lot of geographical stability and it's difficult to maintain a specific diet. However, I started a 3FC blog and I plan to keep an honest food journal. What has gotten me in this mess and generally plagued me my whole life has been denying what and how much I eat. What I need right now is accountability, and I'll work on things from there.
