Hi~ I am new to this~

  • I am new to this~ I am a WW member and have lost 45. 5 pounds but had a few ups and downs, now I am at 35 pounds lost. Any help or encouragment would be greatly appreciated
  • Hi and welcome to 3FC, and WOW! Congrats on your loss. Don't worry about the ups and downs, just do your best every single day. If you slip, just remember that it doesn't have to be for the whole day. Get right back on program, and try to figure out why you slipped. Did you let yourself get too hungry, were you really just thirsty, was it an emotional eating moment where you could have distracted yourself somehow? These are things I find myself doing on a daily basis. There is a huge WW forum here, I'm sure you'll make friends quickly. Good luck!!
