Hello
Have put on 35 pounds in the last 2 1/2 years. Worked the night shift at a stressful job. Could never get enough sleep during the day so I would snack on junk to keep myself awake at work. Went through a divorce during this time (very lonely time in my life) so to be honest, that junk also became a comfort emotionally for me.
Now I have a position working days. Have a great man in my life that is supportive. I am ready to get my act together and get back to where I feel good about myself and the way I look.
We started the biggest loser at work this week and I am hoping that, and reading other members stories on this site will motivate me and encourage me to be successful.
