I have lost exactly 100lbs!!!

I hadn't planned on weighing today and was going to skip my weigh in altogether because I had been having a really bad week. Then I decided in order to keep myself accountable I had to go no matter what! Really glad I did because when I saw the number I about screamed! LOL!

Not only did I receive my 100lb charm but a certificate and letter from Florine Less than 20lbs to go before I reach goal and I'm going to work my butt off to get there.

I'm working on the stress part but every day is getting better and i'm learning how to manage all the overwhelming stuff right now.
