Hi everyone,
My weight has bounced between 115 lbs (underweight, not what I should ever be) to 175 lbs. It's been a struggle to lose weight because I used to struggle with eating disorder issues. I'm well on the way to recovery, but I want to lose weight a healthy way, not starving myself like I used to. I'm trying to learn how to cook healthy for myself (somewhat of a feat since I'm in college) and exercise right. I've had several doctors tell me that my best weight is 150 ish, give or take. So, that's my goal. I don't want to weigh myself every week, but once a month. I'm hoping to be healthy enough that I don't get out of breath when I'm tap dancing in the musical... I'm a musical theater major, by the way. I'm happy to meet you all!
