The joy of tracking... a breakdown

  • 2 months down… 10 more to go. In that 2 months I have:

    * Lost 11.5 inches.
    * Lost 20 pounds.
    * Walked 108 miles.
    * Drank 6,732 ounces of water.
    * Spent 2,015 minutes exercising.


    On a day to day basis, it never seems like I'm doing that much. But when I look at these totals, I can see how much major progress I've made and how strong I truly am!
