Get out of my life 220.

  • I swear my scale is playing mind games with me.

    220. For a couple weeks now. You wont budge!! You have no problem going up for a day then back down to 220. But you know what? You're not welcome in my life anymore. This week you are going to be history. I'm upping the intensity of my workouts. I'm going to drink even MORE water. My eating is going to be spot on. I'm sorry 220, but you're outta here.

    Sorry I just had to post that. I'm going crazy. I'm thinking if I write down my determination that it could be helpful. We'll see. I'm so sick of being 220.

  • THose are fighting words! I'm glad you posted this. Sometimes, I think just putting something out there in the universe can get you moving in the right direction.
  • I worked HARD at the gym last night. I got on the scale this morning and it read 220! I'm actually happy because usually after a hard night at the gym the next morning I'm up a couple pounds because of my muscles holding on to the water. I bet as early as tomorrow I can be at 219!! I did pilates and weight training yesterday so I'm just going to do cardio tonight. A whoosh is coming...I KNOW it!! See you later 220!!

    Im new in this one! Im currently 221.4 so, I dont have far to get out of the 220's just need to really push! Gym tomorrow, skipped today....
  • I skipped today because I KILLED it at the gym on Monday and Tuesday and am kind of sore today. I know my muscles hold on to 3-4 lbs of water when I'm sore. I think I'll still do pilates tonight though. I can't wait to weigh myself Friday to see that 220 is a thing of the past!!
