Thinking I've put on a lot of weight over the last 3yrs or so and its about time I took it off!
I'm about 5'2 and 150lbs--the heaviest I've been in a while...I'm thinking seriously about trying the 2 week Medifast. Is it worth it? I know this is in several forums, but I'm really wondering if I should do the 2 week or the 4 week package, for those of you that are familiar.
It is VERY costly it seems and I just dont want to invest sooo much if it doesnt work, but I dont want to buy too small of a package if it will not net any significant results.
