I am going to give up meat for lent this year and am in need of some tasty vegetarian recipes. Any suggestions?

Just above in one of the recipe sections there is a section for vegetarian. I am trying to include a link but it wont let me since i need 25 posts to add a link lol. sheeesh. I think its above all the stickies and stuff. you should be able to find it up there :P
