Been lurking around the PCOS threads. Sorry to butt in, but I have a ? I used to have all kinds of female issues. A hysterectomy cured it. My issues don't seem to fall in to the category of what I see with PCOS.
My ? is do you find that the better your nutrition is the better the PCOS gets?
Just wondering, because I see so many health issues that get better with better nutrition. Mostly observed in children and ADD and ADHD issues. The less processed junk they eat, the less issues they have.
So just wondering?
