Day 1 of IPP, Phase 1

  • Just checking in with any newbies or oldies. Today is my 1st day of IPP, phase 1. So far, so good. The RTD chocolate shake was delish and the Tomato Basil soup was great tasting too!

    I do have a question for those who have been on IPP for sometime. What is the maximum number of carbohydrate grams per day one can have program?

  • As far as I know, there has never been a "number" of carbs allowed published. As long as you stick to how the program is written, paying attention to restricted & unrestricted veggies & packets, you will be just fine.

  • You'll want to stay under 25 carbs for maximum weight loss. Make sure to deduct the fiber from your carb count to get the net carbs. My coach told me to stay under 20 carbs.
