it's that time of the month :p

  • Does anyone skip there weekly meeting when you get your monthly friend, lol? I of course gain almost 5lbs when I get mine and I would hate to go to the weigh-in knowing I gained. I know they will ask me what happened .
  • I don't go to meetings but it does suck when there's a gain on your WI day from TOM, grrr. But you should go anyway because you know you didn't REALLY gain it from food or whatever.
  • I am in the same boat this week! I'm not up though, but just barley down (.2 or .4), but I'm going to go anyway! For me, the consistency is key, and I know why my weight isn't dropping very much this week, as do you!

    Also, you could try cutting your salt intake a day or two before weigh-in, and eat foods that rid the body of water like cucumbers and asparagus!
  • This has happened to me before, and depending on my mood, I will skip the weigh-in but either way, I still stick around for the meeting.
  • At least go to the meeting and skip the weight in. It's your own personal pep rally to keep you going strong until next week! You have to pay for that meeting whether you go or not, so you might as well get some good out of it.
