Hi new here... well kinda ;)

  • Hi my name is Dana as the header says I'm new (kinda). I actually used this site in 2006 to lose 35 pounds which I was successful. Now after having my 3rd child over 2 years ago I'm looking to get my body back AGAIN.

    I attempted to get healthy and exercise 4-5 days a week back in Jan-Mar 2010 but when my mother passed away that came to an abrupt halt. Not only did I gain the weight back I had lost in those three months I gained an extra 5 on top of it all.... depression sucks... Anyways I started at 174 back on Jan. 4, 2011 trying to stay motivated to get back to 140 and be healthy and happy. Hope to make some new friends on here who are supportive.
  • If you did it once before I am sure you can do it again. I am new too, and this is the frst time I have ever tried to lose weight. I also am trying to lose about 30 lbs. That is my first goal. I hope to reach it by june. I am at 166 now, starting out a few weeks ago at 170something. So where about in the same boat. I am sorry to hear about your mom, that can be depressing for anyone. I wish the best of luck to you, maybe we can get new ideas from each other. =)

  • HI pinkbunny and thanks I'd love to get ideas from someone else especially when their stats are similar to my own. I noticed my old goal weight the last time I had logged in here which was july of 2006 it was 128 and my cw listed was 126.5 OMG
