Hi there, I am new to this site. Names Chrys. This is the first weight loss community site i have joined. I really hope I can meet some people on here that can help keep me going. I even made a new blog on this site, so I can go back and review it, to keep track of how I am doing. Right now I have a plan, I just hope I can stick with it and it will work. I am starting out with a goal of -30 by june. I hope with all yoga, walking and biking and my wii fit work outs I can reach this goal. I eat pretty healthy, but I don't really drink a lot of water, so I am now start to try and a drink a glass once an hour. I always lose more weight faster when I drink lots of water. But any tips are always welcome!
Hi, I'm new too. So far I love this site and I've already learned so much. I'm officially starting March 1st, but I plan to weigh on that morning to see if I've lost any just by cutting back portions. I've lost a couple of lbs this week already just by that. I'm excited and it sounds like you are too!

that sounds like a good starting plan. I have alrdy cut back my portions a few years ago. Did a great job at it too. I can hardly go out too eat anymore. If I do I order from the kids, or end up taking 65% of it home! haha. Well good luck to you!
