I lost 4.2 lbs when I weighed in on Saturday! I have only been with WW for 3 weeks and I have already lost 9.4lbs . I am so excited, this program is really working for me, I LOVE it. I have never been on a diet that I actually could stick too. I also have not drank in 2 weeks which makes me even happier! I know my big weight loss will not happen every week. I will continue to eat my daily points and not deprive myself. I am also going to continue to exercise and stay on track. This is a whole new year and a whole new me.

Way to go! it is obviously working for you, and it is such a sustainable life-style plan! Its great you haven't been drinking, but a drink now and then is OK for your health and allowed on WW, so make sure you aren't limiting yourself too much! That is the whole point of the WP's

O trust me, I wont deprive myself. I am trying not to drink every weekend since I did in the past. I think that may be why the weight is dropping so fast.

This plan defiantly is a keeper!! The funny thing is I actually am saving money from being on this program. I use to go out to eat/ take out all the time and doing that a few times a week cost at least $40-$60 a week. So the $40 a month I spend on WW is nothing . At first I really wondered if the money for WW was worth it and it defiantly is!!
