frustration

  • Ughh im so peeved right now :/
    at the beginning of the week I weighed in at 200.8 and now it seems Im back up at 205. I have a FEW bad eating days (due to snow and being at home BORED with family), dont drink enough water, and I gain 4-5 pounds?? and my TOM isnt even for another week and a half so I cant blame it on that...grrr.

    Im definently NOT giving up but its so frustrating when I was THAT CLOSE to onderland and Im set back 5 freaking pounds.

  • Some of it is probably just bloating from things you normally would not eat. But, a few bad days can set your weight loss back. I have learned that the hard way. So, just keep hanging in there and following your plan, and those pesky few pounds will disappear again.
  • You'd be surprised at how much a few bad days of eating makes a difference. My scale fluctuates when I just have a dessert!! Everyone's body reacts differently. Try drinking more water and working out a little. Hopefully next week you'll be back down!
  • luckily its starting to go back down. I just GOTTA break that 200. I havent been UNDER 200 SINCE the summer before sophmore year. its been wayyyy toooo loooong.
