Final challange for those needing to phase off (after prolonged time on diet)

  • Ladies, I am thinking of phasing off on April 1st no matter what. I would like to start a challenge from now until then. (I have my cruise so that will be a 2-week wash, but oh well...one for cruise...one for recovery).

    I just will be at the 7 month mark and I think I will need a break. Is anyone else interested in something like this. I know many of us are struggling with finishing. I plan to be perfect everyday but the cruise and March 25 (wine tour in the Finger Lakes). I hope to be at least 10 pounds below my original goal, but about 10 above my ultimate goal. Maybe I will tackle that next September when things are kind of boring.

  • I am all in. I also am going to phase out in April. My plan is to start phase 3 April 1st I couldn't access the spread sheet I am probably doing something wrong lol

  • I'm in too. I plan on phasing out by the 1st of April. I have 2 weddings coming up within two weeks of each other. One end of April and one middle of May - I would like to be phased out and on to the rest of my healthy life!

    Evidently I am going to be losing one lb at a time! Guess that's better than not at all!

  • Hi, darbs - This sounds like a plan, I think. I've sort of gone to Phase 2, with my coach's blessing, because my budget was screaming. She was going to move me to Phase 3 after 2 weeks, but I told her I want to stay on Phase 2 for awhile longer. Don't know if I'll be ready to phase off by April 1, but I may just need a break by then.

    Enjoy Finger Lakes! Have you been there before? I was there last fall for 3 days. My friends and I are going back there in September for a whole week!
  • Are you already on phase 3? I am still on Phase 1 but want to finish by April 8th when my husband comes back from a 6 month deployment. I was just wondering.
  • My plan is to start phase II on April 1st, but I want to kick it in gear and lose 15 before then. I only plan on being on phase II for 5-7 days and then phase III for 2 weeks and then maintenance....

  • I too plan to phase off and be done by April. That was the plan with my coach from the begining. With what I have to lose still it may be a challenge, but it can be done. Go throught the rest of the phases and be done.

  • I have been looking at my calendar and have decided that I would like to join you all in this challenge. My original goal was to be done IP by Easter, this will have me ending 1 week later...I can live with that. By April 1 I will have been on IP for 33 weeks (minus 2 weeks I went off for Christmas). With 4 more weeks of phasing off that is a total of 37...long enough for me. I may also come back in Sept. or end of Aug. depending on how my summer goes and if I feel I want to lose a bit more.
  • I wish it was March 1st and not April 1st, but I know I have to lose at least 10 more pounds. It is so weird how after 5 months you just need to be more "normal?"
  • Man, I don't know what has happened...it has been just 1 lb at a time the last few weeks I hope to have a big one this Tuesday...i need it..20 lbs in 5 weeks...that is 4 lb a week and at this rate I won't make it! But...I am just gonna have to be okay with whatever happens the next 5 weeks...no matter what, it will all be okay and I am feeling so much better. It was all worth it!
