Hello all,
I don't post but I often lurk around for helpful ideas and encouragement. I am pleased to post that I am down 9 lbs and have almost reached my first mini goal of a 5% body weight loss. After attempting many diets in the past, this is the first time I actually do not feel like I am "dieting" but more like I am living a lifestyle that is appropriate. I am still working out some kinks and the loss is coming slowly, but I don't feel such a rush as I'm not waiting on anything to "end".
