Well, I'm going back to MRC tomorrow. I stopped going at the beginning of December because I was burned out and was tired of thinking about dieting and planning all the time. So in December, with the holidays and the inevitable family stress that my family brings, I gained 10 pounds. Now, I've gained an additional three pounds since then. I've been trying to do it on my own, but I just can't get there on my own.
I am going in tomorrow for a meeting with my center. Can anyone tell me what to expect as far as my plan goes? Do they just start you right back in or do you have a period of time where you do the pre-conditioning again.
