I'm a newbie with MRC and on the forums.

Thank you all for the wonderful posts of information that I've read so far. I'm trying to read everything I can on the web.

As an introduction: My name is Kathleen, and I'm from Florida (hence my name), and I joined MRC to lose 60-70 lbs. I'm on day 3 today. I've tried every diet out there, and want this one to be my last. I finally got sick of looking at my pictures and videos online (I'm a singer), and said enoughs enough. We (our band) takes pictures for our new CD at the end of the month, and I HAVE TO LOOK BETTER!!!! Whatever it takes. (although I don't want to lose all of that in one month)

So that's it. I hope to talk with you all often.

Welcome Kathleen. I am new too. I have been reading posts when I can. Today is day 9 for me. I have lost 8 lbs so far woohoo! I want this to be a life change as well. I would love to live in FL, hopefully the next set of orders my husband gets will have FL on them! I am tired of snow.

Welcome Kathleen! I'm pretty new too, I'm only on week 2 of the program...I lost 6.5 lbs total, but haven't lost anything else because I got sick...but I'm still sticking to it! Good luck to you!

Welcome to all the newbies! Congratulations for joining a wonderful diet plan. When you stay On Plan, take your HNS', drink your water and do some regular exercise, you too will be successful. And remember, the restricted food menu you are on will not be forever. You may have plateaus occassionally but stick with it. We all deserve to be healthy and looking good. Good luck!

I am new to MRC, too. Is there somewhere I can get HNS a little cheaper? I paid $90 for 10 boxes.

You can find hns under another name on dietdirect dot com. Sometimes they have sales. It is good to stock up now b/c hns prices are going up on March 1st. 5/$55 or 10/$95

We just moved here in October, but love the area. We live in Crestview, but it is only about 30-45 minutes to Destin, as you know, which is a really nice area with nice beaches. I just hope we get to actually enjoy some Florida weather soon; it has been cold here since November.
