Hi all,
my user name says it all. I'm so tired of this weight. I was in denial however recent health concerns have allowed me to finally realize that I'm fat and it's out of control. I'm 27 with 2 children and have just been diagnosed w asthma. For my health and well being I seriously need to become more healthy as I want to see my kids grow up.
I started "wonderslim" yesterday and so far I think I'm doing ok. I also played (excersiced) with my children using kinect sports.
