Hi all ! Im hoping to visit regularly so I can learn and get support. I have 60 pounds to lose I went into a depressed zone when losing some family members and food was my vice, as I do not drink or use drugs.

So now after 2 years of fat gain its time to get back to normal

I'm sorry for your losses; sometimes there just isn't enough space in your heart or mind to feel that big an emotion and to have much left over for yourself, too. I'm really glad that you're getting back to normal. It feels good to feel good again.
