Newbiee :)

    I am new here Pretty self motivated but I do have some major fall backs.

    I am 22 and weigh about 194--I started my weight loss journey last week, by going to gym 6-5 days in a week & working out for avg of 1.5 hrs/day. No issue with water--always have been a water fan, so i dont really have any water weight to lose.

    Little background: i have been thick pretty much for past 6-7 years, so its not no new weight that will shed away quickly, but this time--I know what I want!

    I did change my food intake majorly--started doing more vegetables & salad. Last week tried the 1200 calorie diet, this week-kinda fell off that and ate 1500 some days!

    My goal weight is about 135ish for now I would say.

    Mini Goal weight is 175 in a month

    I have a concern though, my legs are very muscular-like when i touch them, i can feel the bones, not fat! There is still way i can get leaner legs even though its mostly muscles right?

    Well, can't wait to get to know you all!
