I weigh in on Saturdays, and I am about 1.5 up from last week as of this morning. It may not be that dramatic by Saturday, but I have a feeling I am going to be up
at least 0.5-1 lbHow do you deal with this? My mom (who is now a life-time member for two years) used to skip her weigh in days altogether. That is probably not the healthy way to approach it, so I'm wondering if you guys have any thoughts on this. Do you just weigh in as normal and deal with the negative of being up? Do you have any tips for me? I just feel defeated, although I know it could just be my body this week, I am second-guessing some of my portions or if I really chose smart things for my points.

I had way too many apricots this week, even though I stayed within my points, they are too much of a 'treat' or trigger for me, apparently!
