I bought some cheese, without thinking about the fat content..could someone tell me if this is suitable cheese for snacking on phase 1?
It is Western Family Pizza Monzerella.. It says on the package ..14% m.f.
It claims that it is light and it has 30% less fat than the regular monzerella
It has 80 calories for a 3cm cube.

6grams of protein
Is this suitable for phase 1? Is it considered low fat cheese?
