I start my IP process tomorrow and I love all the recipes you have shared. I am just confused which ones will apply to someone during the first 3 weeks?
I really want to stick to the protocol and not have any avoidable slip ups. Some of the posted recipes say "not sure if this is approved" and that scares me to branch out and be able to mix things up starting out. 
Can you share with me/link me to your best allowed recipes????
