I'm thinking about adding 2 days of strength training each week, but I'm worried that will slow down my weight loss. It wouldn't be anything crazy - hand held weights & like squats & stuff. Anyone know if that will help or hinder? I'm thinking it will help because muscle burns fat, but...bleh! Help! lol

The only way it would hinder your weight loss is if you ate more to compensate. Muscle burns fat.

...I'm no expert on these things ..... but from personal experience I lost the most and looked my best when I had weight training incorprated into my exercise programme ...
