After a salty meal, say something like 40-50% of what the packaging says should be the average consumption of salt, how does drinking a lot of water affect your weight the following day? Does it offset the bloat or do you still see a gain?
I agree with the above poster.
I've since come to really get a hold on my sodium consumption so it's not much of a problem but before If I had a lot of salt in one day I would feel it and would need to drink a lot of water to flush it out so I didnt retain water.
